Extended delivery, cut-off deadlines, to wrap or not to wrap... it’s already a busy time of year, and we don't want to make it any more confusing. Here’s everything you need to know.
Shipping deadlines
As much as we’d love to hand-deliver parcels right up until Christmas Eve, our warehouse and delivery teams deserve some well-earned time off with their loved ones, too. To make sure everything arrives safely under the tree without any last-minute nail-biting, please make sure you place your order before the dates below:
UK: Order by 19th December (Express)
US & ROW: Order by 17th December
Once these dates pass, our hard-working crew will be hanging up their packing tape for a mince pie and a festive break. Don't leave it to chance!
Duties and taxes
Zero nasty surprises at the door. We believe in complete transparency, which is why all tariffs, duties, and taxes are already covered and paid for orders heading to the UK, EU, and the United States. What you see at checkout is the absolute final price, no courier ransom notes, guaranteed.

Extended returns
Gifting shouldn’t come with a countdown. Any orders placed between 5th Nov and 31st Dec can be returned right up until 8th Jan 2027.

Unfortunately we don't offer gift wrapping for online orders but all in-store purchases come in our premium gift bags.
